This note of thanks is long overdue, Jane. I''ve known you since early in 1997 when I was thinking of relocating to Markham from the Ottawa area. You found me a lovely rental home so quickly and easily, and my family and I settled in so effortlessly, thanks to your help. And then you worked with me patiently and thoughtfully as I looked for my first home to buy! We stayed in that lovely Sunway Square townhouse the longest I''ve ever lived anywhere, you know? What a great place to be, so central for both the kids and I, and, for a time, our extended family. And then you helped me as I struggled to come to a decision about selling. I remember you said, "Well, why don''t we work to get your home market ready - and then you can decide if you want to list it?" And that''s what we did - I know you remember! By the time we finished, the place had never looked better - and that''s another thank you - I still have the photos from the virtual tour you had done - gorgeous! And then the sign went in the ground! Oh my! The rest was a blur as your listing turned from "For Sale" into "SOLD" firm and unconditionally in less than 24-hours, above asking price!
